This ensures that our products are built to last those moments out in the sun.
Defining British craftsmanship, our Hutton Garden Cotswold Arch will complement any area of your outdoor oasis. Its pergola style arch features a diamond trellis for your climbing and trailing plants, helping you to create your own distinctive feature piece. The Cotswold Arch is backed by a 15 year Treat Right Warranty, protecting against decay and fungal attack. Manufactured in UK mills using slow grown Scandinavian redwood, a low maintenance lifespan will allow for you to explore the full potential of a British made archway in your garden.
Please Note: This is a natural product made from FSC certified British wood and will have unique wood patterns and knots (if the grain is raised, it can be removed with light sanding). Green markings may become visible as salt leaves the timber whilst it dries following pressure treatment. It will fade over time and does not affect the performance of the product. Remove any of this solid salt residue with a wire brush or light sanding prior to painting.

This product will be delivered on a pallet, which cannot be disposed of by the courier team. The recipient will be responsible for the disposal of the pallet.
Delivery
We offer an express delivery option, this option comes at an additional cost that is dependent on the item(s) ordered and the delivery address. Express delivery orders have to be placed before 13:00 BST to be dispatched out for delivery on the next working day. In most cases, orders placed after the 13:00 BST cut-off point will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the working day after that.
Returns
At Charles Bentley we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally, though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose of not of satisfactory quality.

Packaging Your Return
Please ensure you thoroughly check your order once it’s delivered. Immediately report any damages or faults within 7 days and prior to assembly to our Customer Service Team.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your order within our returns period, it must be securely packed in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. If the product is returned used or damaged due to insufficient packaging, costs may be incurred, which will be deducted from the refund (as per our Terms & Conditions).
Delivery
Free Delivery: We offer free 3 -5 working days delivery to most mainland UK postcodes.
Express Delivery: We offer a 2-3 working days express delivery option. This option comes at an additional charge that is dependent on the item(s) ordered and the delivery address This charge will be will be calculated at the checkout.
