•    Place the large wheels on the axle followed by the largest washer.

•    Push the small split pin through the retaining hole and bend the ends of the pin around the axle.

•    Place the medium sized washer on the small wheels bolt and insert the bolt through the holes.

•    Place the small split washer over the thread and attach the nuts.

•    Ensure you check the split pins and nuts are correctly attached before each use.

•    Using the large split pins attach the handle in the required position for use, ensure they are properly engaged before use.
