Express delivery orders have to be placed before 13:00 BST to be dispatched out for delivery on the next working day. Packaging Your Return
Please ensure you thoroughly check your order once it’s delivered. Immediately report any damages or faults within 7 days and prior to assembly to our Customer Service Team.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your order within our returns period, it must be securely packed in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. If the product is returned used or damaged due to insufficient packaging, costs may be incurred, which will be deducted from the refund (as per our Terms & Conditions).
