Please Note: Use wall plugs and screws suitable for outdoor use and the type of wall the mirror will be mounted on. During bad weather and over winter we would recommend it is brought inside for storage. To clean your items, please use mild detergent in warm water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners, strong detergents, bleach, acid or solvents on the frame parts. Do not use silicone based furniture polish.

Please ensure you thoroughly check your order once it’s delivered. Immediately report any damages or faults within 7 days and prior to assembly to our Customer Service Team.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your order within our returns period, it must be securely packed in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. If the product is returned used or damaged due to insufficient packaging, costs may be incurred, which will be deducted from the refund (as per our Terms & Conditions).

Express Delivery: We offer a 2-3 working days express delivery option. This option comes at an additional charge that is dependent on the item(s) ordered and the delivery address This charge will be will be calculated at the checkout.
