Please Note: Olefin fabric is sensitive to direct heat sources and can fade if left exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. The fabric is resistant to light amounts of water and should be covered with a water-resistant and UV-resistant cover during harsh weather conditions. The Olefin fabric allows for the quick clean up of wet spills but will stain if spills are allowed to dry on.

Delivery
We offer an express delivery option, this option comes at an additional cost that is dependent on the item(s) ordered and the delivery address. Express delivery orders have to be placed before 13:00 BST to be dispatched out for delivery on the next working day. In most cases, orders placed after the 13:00 BST cut-off point will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the working day after that.
Returns

Occasionally, though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. Packaging Your Return
Please ensure you thoroughly check your order once it’s delivered. Immediately report any damages or faults within 7 days and prior to assembly to our Customer Service Team.
If you’ve changed your mind and want to return your order within our returns period, it must be securely packed in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. If the product is returned used or damaged due to insufficient packaging, costs may be incurred, which will be deducted from the refund (as per our Terms & Conditions).

Free Delivery: We offer free 4-6 working days delivery to most mainland UK postcodes.
Express Delivery: We offer a 2-3 working days express delivery option. This option comes at an additional charge that is dependent on the item(s) ordered and the delivery address This charge will be will be calculated at the checkout.
